All payments are processed via a secure SSL connection by our payment providers. Your full payment details are never stored on our own servers.

3. Payment processing

Orders are only processed once payment has been successfully and fully completed.

4. Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund (for example, following an approved return), the amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 14 days of receipt and approval of the returned item.
