Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made via the website of Amelie & Jane, located at 30 North Gould St Ste R Sheridan, Wyoming, accessible via support@amelieandjane.com.
1. Applicability
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions, our returns policy, delivery policy, payment policy, privacy policy and cookie policy.
2. Product information
We do our utmost to describe products accurately and provide up-to-date information. Colours may vary slightly depending on the screen. Typing errors, pricing errors and inaccuracies may occur; no rights may be derived from these.
3. Ordering and payment
Orders will only be processed upon receipt of full payment. The available payment methods (Shop Pay, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay) may vary by country. Customers must check for themselves which payment methods are available in their location.
4. Processing and Delivery
- Processing time (dispatch): 1 to 3 working days.
- Delivery time after processing: 1 to 7 working days, depending on location.
- Goods are dispatched directly from our supplier in China; customs charges may apply.
- The times stated are indicative; delays due to high demand, public holidays or customs procedures do not entitle the customer to cancellation or a refund.
5. Returns and cancellations
Please see our separate returns policy for all terms and conditions. It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed, and a refund or chargeback cannot be processed until the item has been received.
6. Liability
We are not liable for loss or damage during dispatch if the tracking information indicates that the parcel has been delivered to the specified address. Our liability is, in all cases, limited to a maximum of the purchase price of the item in question. Always check your address details carefully.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the website (text, photographs, logos, design) is the property of Amelie & Jane and may not be used without prior written permission.
8. Complaints procedure
Complaints may be submitted in writing via support@amelieandjane.com. We aim to respond within 5 working days. For complaints regarding size or quality, please always include clear photographs and a description.
9. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where Amelie & Jane is established, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
